Wonderful location and close to everything the Catskills have to offer. Diana was responsive, helpful, and her recommendations were spot on. We highly recommend The Pines, Peekamoose, and, of course, the Phoenicia Diner. Also, be sure to try Fred’s Donuts (not in Phoenicia, but close by) — the maple-glazed donut was amazing.
The rental was comfortable, clean, and easy to access. We had a lovely time in Phoenicia, and Diana and her beautiful property played a big part in that experience. We would absolutely stay again!

Excellent stay and an excellent host! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The view was absolutely beautiful and made the whole experience even more relaxing. The host was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed us to stay until 3 PM, which we really appreciated and made our trip so much easier. Great communication and a smooth experience overall. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin. This was our second time here, and it was just as perfect as we remembered.
The place is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable, with everything you need to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We truly love this spot and will absolutely be coming back again.
Diana was wonderful, very kind, responsive, and made everything smooth and easy for us.

We had a wonderful two-day stay. The house is cozy, quiet, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely yard that made our time there especially enjoyable. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged.

We had a really lovely stay at this property. The home is beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is peaceful and private, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends. My friends and I had a wonderful time at Diana’s place! The view was gorgeous, with gigantic windows and tons of natural light. The house feels very private, and sits against a beautiful forested hill studded with bright green moss. It’s truly a lovely place to spend a rainy weekend catching up with friends.

This was the ultimate winter escape. The seclusion was exactly what we needed. With so few people around, it felt like we had the entire mountain to ourselves.
The views of the valley were stunning, especially with a fresh blanket of snow covering the landscape. Coming back after a cold day to the indoor fireplace was the highlight; it made the whole house feel incredibly warm and cozy while we watched the clouds roll over the peaks.
If you’re looking to unplug in a peaceful, snowy paradise, this is the spot. We left feeling completely refreshed and already miss those quiet mornings by the fire.

This was our second time staying at the Cloud House and it was just what we wanted. It's clean and convenient - even walkable to a restaurant and corner store in town. our favorite part is the outdoor rink, and we spent all day on it.
Sadly the blizzard made us cut our trip short and Diana offered to refund the final night, so kind!

The house is spacious and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Bedrooms were especially comfortable. Great location in town. Close walk to the grocery store. Diana was easy to communicate with and we didn't have any issues getting in or out. Would love to stay there again!

Had a great stay at this beautiful right in town in Phoenicia. We came for a ski weekend at Belleayre and found it to be conveniently located to everywhere we needed to be. The home is gorgeous, furnished nicely, the white wood floors made it really feel like a spa-like vacation experience. It looks exactly like the photos. The heated bathroom floor was so luxurious and felt amazing during the cold weather while we were there. The heating in all the rooms worked amazing as well and mattresses were super comfortable. The kitchen was big and stocked with everything we needed to cook meals while we were there. They even had a coffee bean grinder and different coffee makers for our morning coffee, too! We would definitely stay here again and the hosts were also great and responsive.
