This stunning house has been renovated and offers total privacy and serenity - sitting on 5 acres at the end of a quiet road. The Mountain Terrace has an indoor wood stove, a deck with a beautiful view, a fire-pit, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a double high ceiling in the main living space. There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher an artist cabin and a private yoga studio. An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.

This stunning modern home has an open floor plan. The kitchen opens up to the living room and dining room. The home has two living rooms - one downstairs with the wood stove and one upstairs with a TV. There is also a desk for the perfect work-from-home spot as well as the terrace with jaw-dropping views. There are 3 bedrooms: one with a king sized bed, and two with queen sized beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a tub.
Other Details to Note
The Mountain Terrace sits on a secluded plot of land at the end of a half mile unpaved road. In the winter the road is plowed but needs a 4WD car to drive comfortably on the road.

Please remove your shoes when you enter the home.
Obey all local laws, codes and ordinances - $1,000 fine for any citation and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Parties are not allowed. There will be a fine of $500 assessed for a party on the property.
No smoking/vaping/candles/incense indoors. $500 fine. Tobacco smoking only allowed outdoors with windows closed and cigarette butts disposed of only in provided cigarette receptacle. If smoke or cigarette smell is not dispersed after the house is cleaned, you will incur a $200 fine.
No wet towels on furniture or floor. No shoes on rugs/furniture/beds.
Guests should use the small black towels provided to remove makeup/ foundations, creams, or any other products that might stain. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest (towel $20, sheet $25).
Home is not childproof. Use caution. All children must be supervised by adults at all times.
Lock home when leaving.
There is a trash and a recycling bin in the home. If you need to empty either, please put the trash or recycling in the appropriate bin in the artist studio located by the firepit. Please do not put trash in the recycling bin. Only clean cardboard, paper, cans, bottles, glass in recycling.
Residential use only, no business or filming may be conducted without prior written permission.
Do not pour grease down the garbage disposal or sink. Let it harden and dispose of in the trash.

By staying on our property you and your guests staying with you agree that we are not responsible for any liability of harm or accidents that occur while staying on our property to you or other guests in your party.

Excellent stay and an excellent host! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The view was absolutely beautiful and made the whole experience even more relaxing. The host was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed us to stay until 3 PM, which we really appreciated and made our trip so much easier. Great communication and a smooth experience overall. We had an amazing stay at the cabin. This was our second time here, and it was just as perfect as we remembered.
The place is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable, with everything you need to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We truly love this spot and will absolutely be coming back again.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Diana’s place! The view was gorgeous, with gigantic windows and tons of natural light. The house feels very private, and sits against a beautiful forested hill studded with bright green moss. It’s truly a lovely place to spend a rainy weekend catching up with friends.

This was the ultimate winter escape. The seclusion was exactly what we needed. With so few people around, it felt like we had the entire mountain to ourselves.
The views of the valley were stunning, especially with a fresh blanket of snow covering the landscape. Coming back after a cold day to the indoor fireplace was the highlight; it made the whole house feel incredibly warm and cozy while we watched the clouds roll over the peaks.
If you’re looking to unplug in a peaceful, snowy paradise, this is the spot. We left feeling completely refreshed and already miss those quiet mornings by the fire.
